Chris specializes in the representation of buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition and development of commercial land. Chris focuses his efforts on the Inland Empire where he can use his market knowledge and experience to help his clients achieve their real estate investment goals.
Before joining the Progressive Real Estate Partners team, Chris worked as a commercial architect on projects throughout the United States. For over 15 years Chris worked in a variety of development sectors including retail, office, health care, and residential. In addition to working with developers such as Kimco and GGP he has worked with numerous national retailers such as H&M, Taco Bell and Tractor Supply Company to name a few.
Chris graduated from the University of California Riverside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. In addition to maintaining his license to practice architecture he is also a LEED Accredited Professional. Chris is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Chris’ background in design and construction as well as his unique understanding of the land development process including zoning, on and off site requirements, cost estimating and creating a vision for the property; provides his clients a significant advantage having their property marketed by someone with his expertise. His experience in the industry also provides him and his clients with valuable connections to city officials, general contractors and other industry professionals.
